The inspiration for this quiet book page came from meandering the halls of Hobby Lobby. I saw these little Bee buttons and thought they would make the cutest quiet book page! In this post I will share this template with you for free as well as links to the supplies you will need!

Supplies needed for Bee Quiet Book Page
- Bee Buttons buy here
- 1/4 yard tulle fabric
- 8 inch x 8 inch cotton fabric page
- fusible foam batting buy here
- Invisible thread buy here
- Orange, yellow, red and green felt sheets

How to Assemble Quiet Book Page

First, if you purchase the buttons above, you need to cut off the loops in the back of the buttons and burn the edges. I hovered them over a candle with tweezers to burn the edges of the cut loops.
Next, Iron on 8 inch by 8 inch cotton fabric onto the fusible foam batting. Cut of excess batting.
Cut out shapes from template. For the hive, sew all shapes onto a larger piece of felt then cut around entire hive.
Do the same for the flower.
Sewing together the Quiet Book Page
Now, sew on the tulle fabric to the Quiet book page. Sew all the way around the page on the edge, just make sure to leave one to two inches open so you can put in your bee buttons later. Once the tulle is secured, cut off excess tulle fabric around the edges of the quiet book page.
Now, sew on the bee hive and flower on top of the quiet book page. Once those are sewn, you can place bee buttons in the 1 to 2 inch space you left earlier. Place all bees inside and sew along the edge where you left the space.
Your Bee Quiet Book page is now complete! I hope you enjoyed making this page and that your little one loves it!
